ServiceDesk Plus Cloud for iOS allows users to access their IT service desk and perform a wide range of activities from their mobile devices. With this mobile app, IT technicians can provide uninterrupted support to end-users, just as they would on the web version of ServiceDesk Plus.

The app is designed to provide technicians with a comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand, allowing them to collaborate with other technicians and provide resolutions to end-users. It also enables technicians to access the knowledge base for solutions, obtain necessary approvals, and communicate with end-users directly on the app. Additionally, the app offers features such as scanning and managing multiple assets simultaneously, making it a convenient tool for IT professionals.

In addition to these capabilities, the app offers several other features:

  • Create, assign, merge, resolve, and close IT tickets and notify users.
  • Track time spent on tickets by adding worklogs.
  • Add attachments to requests and reply to them.
  • Switch between day and night mode.
  • Customize the ticket details view by choosing desired fields.
  • Optimize IT service desk performance using closure codes and status change comments.
  • Monitor technician productivity with the worklog timer under request details.
  • Create knowledge base articles with rich-text formatting.
  • Use multiple login methods, including SAML authentication.
  • Apply field and form rules when adding or editing a request.
  • Automatically populate ticket descriptions when users reply to technicians within the app.
